What’s on
There is no need to book a pitch this year, just turn up on the day between 11.00am and 11.45 am. Drive in through the gate to the Recreation Ground, which is about 100 yards past the Easton Village Hall carpark as you leave Easton along Chapel Lane - the post code is SO21 1EN. You will be directed towards the pitches and asked to pay the £5 for a car, £10 for a van or car with trailer. We can take cash or card payments.
SELLERS
If you are arriving by car, entry is available from 12 noon. Drive in through the gate to the Recreation Ground, as above, and you will be directed to the car park in the field beside the Recreation Ground. Access to the pitches is through the gate, where you will be asked to pay the £2 entry fee (Under 16s go free) - we can take cash or card payments. The exit from the car park will be up through the field to the road leading to the bend in the centre of Easton.
Disabled parking will be available in Easton Village Hall car park and within the Recreation Ground.
Those on foot will be able to enter from 12 noon via the ramp or steps from the Easton Village Hall car park, where you will be asked to pay the £2 entry fee (Under 16s go free) - we can take cash or card payments.
BUYERS
In the Village Hall there will be a White Elephant Stall, a Second-Hand Book Stall (run by two of our local authors, who will be selling signed copies of their own books), Balloonmouse Cards & Gifts, Jilly’s Jams & Chutneys, and an area for tea and cakes, with seating. Payments by cash or card will be accepted by all.
In the Club Room will be a Tombola stall and the bar, with a barbecue under shelter outside, serving hot dogs and burgers.
Outside, close to the Village Hall will be the BuyCycle Hub for bicycle sales, purchases and repairs, a Lego stall and a stall offering shoulder massages!
ADDITIONAL STALLS
The profit made from this event will be divided equally between Easton Village Hall & Recreation Ground and Easton & Martyr Worthy Cricket Club, and go towards the day-to-day costs of running these two local community organisations - please do come and support us!
